Shop policies:

Postage & processing:

• Orders A3 11.69 x 16.53 inches ( 29.7 x 42.0cm) or smaller are sent flat-packed via Australia Post.

• Orders larger than A3 or an order than includes an A3 + larger work are send in packaging tubes via Australia Post

• Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days, updates will be sent to your registered email.

• Standard and Registered post options are available to select at checkout for Australian customers. If you would like an order shipped to the USA or UK please email me for shipping costs

• It is highly recommended to select Registered post at checkout so your parcel can be tracked and signed for.

• The arrival time of the item/s you bought is dependant on your location. As a guide, it usually takes up to 1-2 weeks for Australian orders.

• Express post is not included in these options and is an additional cost, please contact me before purchasing to organise.

Returns / Cancellations:

• I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind.

• Any postal damage/loss is out of my control, please select Registered Post at checkout to ensure the safety of your order.

• If you are unsatisfied in any case please notify me and I will do my best to resolve any issues!

Tax:

All print prices and shipping costs include 10% GST
